Conferencing Equipment

Meeting room audio and control gear is gathered here. Items include Yealink CP925 and CP965 conference phone accessories, wireless expansion mics, a PSTN box, a Room Panel Plus for Teams or Zoom and the VCM35 wired mic.

Businesses use this page to set up a conference room so remote callers can be heard clearly across a large table. Expansion mics widen pickup for bigger rooms. Check which room system a part supports before ordering. Call the KX-TD team at (866) 205-4112.

Before you order

  • Check the phone model first. Expansion mics, power supplies and wall mounts are made for one conference phone, such as the Konftel 800 or Yealink CP900 series.
  • Match the room system. Items for Teams or Zoom rooms, such as the Yealink Room Panel and VCM35 mic, only work with the system they were made for.
  • Think about room size. A larger table may need extra microphones.
  • Not sure? Send us the conference phone or room system model and we will check the part.

Conferencing Equipment buying guide

Conference phones

Conference phones sit in the middle of a table and connect by IP, USB, Bluetooth or analog line. Brands here include Yealink, Jabra, Konftel, Polycom, Snom, ClearOne and Cisco. Choose by how callers will connect: a PBX, a laptop over USB, or a cloud meeting app. Then check room size.

Microphones and room coverage

If remote callers sound faint, add microphones rather than turning up volume. Expansion and wired mics are listed for specific models, including ClearOne and Yealink units and Konftel phones. Each mic works only with the phone it was made for, so match the model number exactly.

Video bars and mounting

Video bars such as the Jabra PanaCast 50 and Yealink video systems combine a camera, mics and speakers. Check which meeting platform they support. Wall mount kits and power supplies for several conference phones are also listed here.

Before you order

Measure the room and count the seats. Note the meeting software your team uses and how callers connect, whether over IP, USB or Bluetooth. Then match the phone, mics and mounts to those details. Send us the model numbers you already own and we will check what fits.

Common questions

Will any expansion mic work with my phone?

No. Expansion mics are built for specific models. Check the model on the phone, then match it to the mic listing.

Can I use a conference phone with a computer?

Many models connect by USB or Bluetooth, such as the Yealink CP900 USB speakerphone. Check the product name for the connection type.

Do you carry parts for older conference phones?

Some listings cover older models, such as the Polycom IP 5000 and IP 6000 power supply. Call us with your model if you do not see it.
