ICC

These ICC items finish cable runs. They include F-type connectors for RG59, RG6 and RG6 quad cable in 100 packs and a 2GHz video splitter module for residential and small commercial wiring.

Installers choose ICC coax connectors for TV and camera runs, and use matching cord assemblies on data and voice circuits. Buying by the hundred keeps costs down on larger jobs. Match the connector to the cable type before ordering. If you need help, call the KX-TD team at (866) 205-4112.

Before you order

  • Measure the run. ICC patch cords come in lengths from 1 foot to 25 feet, so measure from device to port.
  • Match the category. Cords are listed as Cat5e, Cat6 and Cat6A, so match your jacks and switches.
  • Check the pack size. Cords are sold singly and in packs of 10 and 25.
  • Not sure? Send the connectors you need and we will help.

ICC cords and cable assemblies buying guide

Patch cords

ICC patch cords come with clear boots, slim styles and molded boots, in Cat5e, Cat6 and Cat6A, and in colors such as blue, black, red, yellow, white and green. Colors let you mark data, voice or uplink. Many are sold in packs of 10 or 25.

25 pair assemblies

25 pair cable assemblies link blocks or panels to equipment. They are listed with male, female and blunt ends in lengths from 5 feet to 25 feet. Check the ends you need at both sides, and the length of the run, before you order.

Fiber jumpers

Duplex jumpers come with LC, SC and ST ends, in multimode and single mode, in lengths from 1 meter to 10 meters. Match the fiber type and connector to your equipment and panels. Multimode and single mode jumpers are not interchangeable.

Tools and plugs

ICC lists punch down tools, universal crimp tools, JackEasy tools and plugs for building your own cords. Choose plugs that match your cable type, solid or stranded, and the number of plugs per pack that suits your job. Ask us if you are unsure which plug you need.

Common questions

What does a clear boot do?

It protects the plug latch and lets you read the plug.

Can I use Cat6 cords with a Cat5e panel?

Yes. The link performs at the lowest category.

How do I choose fiber jumper ends?

Look at the ports on your equipment and panels. Choose the connector and fiber mode to match.
