Panasonic

This is our Panasonic section for owners of KX-TD, KX-TDA, KX-TDE and KX-NCP systems. It covers refurbished PRI cards, handset cords, desk phones such as the KX-DT680B, brackets, activation keys and whole system packages.

Panasonic no longer makes business phone systems, and KX-TD still supplies and supports them. Buyers come here to replace broken Panasonic phones or add stations and features to a system that still works well. Not sure what fits your cabinet? Call (866) 205-4112.

Before you order

  • Know your system model. Cards, activation keys and phones are made for specific systems such as the KX-TDA, KX-TDE, KX-NCP and KX-NS series.
  • Check the card or key number. Parts like the KX-NS5162 doorphone card or KX-NSA210W key list the exact system they support.
  • Match phone to port type. Digital, IP and older proprietary phones each need a matching extension port.
  • Not sure? Send your system model and we will confirm the right part before you order.

Panasonic buying guide

Phone systems and packages

The section lists phone system packages for the KX-TA824, KX-TDA50G, KX-TDA600, KX-TDE100, KX-TDE200 and KX-NCP500 in sizes from extra small to extra large. A package gives you a base system with cards to start. Pick the size by the extensions and lines you need today and room to grow.

Cards and expansion parts

Extension, trunk, doorphone, caller ID and voice mail cards plug into the cabinet. Name and port count matter, as in 4 port digital, 8 port analog or T1 trunk. Cards for the KX-TDA, KX-TDE and KX-NS cabinets are not interchangeable, so check which cabinet you own.

Activation keys and upgrades

KX-NS systems add features with activation keys. Examples are IP phone capacity, Communication Assistant users, softphone channels and mobile extensions. Match the key to your system and software version, and to the number of users you need. If you are unsure of the key you need, send your system model and software version.

Telephones, wireless and refurbished

You will also find desk phones such as the KX-NT551 and KX-T7731, DECT wireless phones and refurbished units. Refurbished items are marked in the name, and some phones are marked discontinued, so read the listing and confirm the model works with your system.

Common questions

Can I use a KX-TDA card in a KX-TDE?

Not always. Cards are built for specific cabinets, so give us both model numbers and we will check.

What is an activation key?

It is a license code that turns on a feature in a KX-NS system, such as more IP phones or Communication Assistant users.

Can you help me size a system?

Yes. Use request a quote and tell us your number of extensions and lines.
