Match the phone type to your cabinet, since digital, proprietary and IP models are not interchangeable. Panasonic has stopped making business phones, and KX-TD still supplies them. Call (866) 205-4112.

Before you order

  • Match the phone to your system. Digital (KX-DT), IP (KX-NT) and older proprietary (KX-T7000 series) phones each need a system and port type that supports them.
  • Check the model on the label under the phone. Handsets, covers and label sheets are made for one series, such as KX-T7600 or KX-DT300.
  • New, like new or refurbished. Many models are out of production, so tested refurbished and like new units are listed next to new stock.
  • Not sure? Send us your system model and we will confirm the right phone before you order.

Panasonic phone buying guide

Digital, IP and proprietary phones

Panasonic business phones come in three families. KX-DT phones are digital and plug into digital extension ports. KX-NT phones are IP phones that connect over your computer network. KX-T7000 series phones are the older proprietary sets used on systems such as the KX-TD1232 and KX-TA824. The family has to match what your phone system supports, so check your system model before choosing a phone.

Parts that keep your phones working

A worn handset or cord is usually a cheaper fix than a new phone. This section carries handsets for the KX-T7600, KX-T7700, KX-DT300 and KX-DT500 series in black and white, handset cords in 6, 12 and 25 foot lengths, clear plastic covers, label sheets for the button strips, and power supplies for Panasonic IP phones.

Add-on key modules for reception desks

Receptionists and operators who transfer many calls use add-on key modules. Panasonic offers 12 key and 60 key modules that attach to the side of a compatible desk phone and show line and extension status at a glance.

Refurbished and like new phones

Since Panasonic stopped producing business phones, refurbished and like new units are often the only way to add matching phones to an existing system. Items marked refurbished or like new are listed as such in the product name.

Common questions

Will a KX-DT phone work on my KX-TD1232?

No. The KX-TD1232 uses KX-T7000 series digital proprietary phones. KX-DT phones need a newer system with supporting extension ports. Call us with your system model and we will point you to phones that fit.

Can I mix different Panasonic phone models on one system?

Yes, as long as each model is supported by your system and connected to the right type of port.

Can you program the new phone for me?

Yes. Our technical support team can program extensions, buttons and voicemail remotely on many Panasonic systems.
