Grandstream SIP phone buying guide

Desk phones

The desk phones list lines and SIP accounts in the product name, such as 2 lines with 2 SIP accounts or 3 lines with 6 SIP accounts. A carrier grade IP phone with 2 SIP accounts and an Android smart IP video phone are also here. Match the account count to your service.

Hotel phones

Hotel phones come in compact and desktop styles in white, and some include built in WiFi. These suit guest rooms and similar spaces, where a simple and durable phone does the job. Check whether you need WiFi or a wired network connection in each room before you order.

Accessories

Accessories include the WP820 belt clip, a GMC08 battery charger, a GXP16xx series phone stand, a wall mounting kit for the GRP2636 and a power supply for the GXP2140, HT841 and HT881. Check the model named in the listing before ordering, since stands, clips and power supplies are made for specific phones.

Before you order

Make a list of the phones you need and the service they will connect to. Ask your SIP provider about supported models, and check the number of lines per phone. For a hotel or care setting, confirm whether you prefer wired or WiFi connections.
